Eucalyptus Holding Limited introduces an innovative investment solution, suitable for Private Equity Funds and corporate Investors.
Our solution is based on existing project development in agribusiness and forestry operations. EHL has already developed a portfolio of 200 hectares of planted land, which is soon to be upgraded to 400 hectares. That project results into significant volumes of wood-biomass production and also to the generation of several sub-products, such as eucalyptus Oils / essential Oils. Production of Oils is already granted and pre-sold to domestic Pharmaceuticals, however the demand is being continuously increased.
EHL offers long term fixed returns for Investment Funds, willing to place themselves into agribusiness funding, for placements above 500k euros. The total investment amount is divided into pips, where each pip equals to 1 hectare planted land, or else 12.000€.
