EHL participates to 2 Legal Entities, both established in the Republic of Zambia. Affiliates’ mission is to install, develop and duplicate the existing operational model, applied in Greece.
Eucalyptus Plantation Ltd.
Plantation Ltd, is a Zambian company – 80% owned by EHL – by which all the existing facilities and infrastructure is installed and monitored. Moreover, the company is the exclusive importer of eucalyptus seeds for Zambia, on behalf of EHL. The company owns the Nursery facilities and the Germination unit, located near Lusaka. Local staff along with EHL’s scientific personnel, all of them consist of the Human Resources. Facilities and mechanical infrastructure ensure a capacity of approximately 70.000 seedlings per day.
Eucalyptus Farming Ltd.
Farming Ltd, is the second company that EHL participates to. The company was established for the purpose of operation on farming business, including planting, culture maintenance and monitoring, harvesting, biomass collection and treatment, wood and Oil products refining, packaging and products trading on the markets. In a next phase, company will install wood processing unit and Oils distillery.
