Nursery Operations Management
It includes procedures of setting up and operating all the Nursery’s internal environment such as, quality control systems, personnel dressing uniforms and cleaning process, operations weekly schedule, 24/7 online web-based monitoring etc.. By that way, we try to minimize any risk-related issue and to achieve the maximum predictability in the volume of our production lines, by minimizing operational losses.
Plantation Operations Management
Includes the planting procedure, which is a specific method of planting (e.g. e-meter zones among the tree rows) in order to avoid the probability of transmitted diseases, the soil pre-planting treatment (soil preparation), so that except for the nutrients a specific chemical inorganic solution is being provided in order to eliminate any possible disease risk. All ingredients used are certified and compatible to FSC, regarding forestry sustainable management techniques.
Security management
Includes the daily monitoring of the culture, the samples collection of random culture areas so that to be examined from the geoponics team, meteorological monitoring stations, drones air monitoring etc.. All the above are supported by a high-technology equipment, hardware and a specially designed software solution.
