The grower participates in the contract farming program without having the necessary area.
The area is rented by Eucalyptus, and the grower buys the planting material which costs 1,070 € per acre and can be paid in up to 36 monthly installments of 30 €.
The contract must be with a minimum amount of 5.000 € (5 x 1.070 €)
The grower receives a € 2,500 lump sum at the end of the 5 year period from the sale of the timber per acre. (5 x 2.500 €)
The company undertakes the planting, cultivation, harvesting, transportation and sale of timber. This area is insured by INTERAMERICAN in case of fire and other insurance risks.
